Light & Sky Blue Flags
Sky blue and Pacific ocean blue are treated as distinct tinctures from dark navy or cobalt blue in countries such as Luxembourg and Palau.
Luxembourg legally codified Pantone 299 C sky blue in 1993 specifically to prevent visual confusion with the darker cobalt blue of the Netherlands.
